Jericho Town History Committee   -   Jericho Historical Society

The next meeting of the Jericho Town History Committee will be held on Thursday,     October 29 at 7:00 p.m. at the home of Brooks Buxton, 12 Bradley Bow Road, Jericho.

The focus of this meeting will be on reviewing other Vermont town histories for ideas and comparison purposes.  Ms. Prudence Doherty, Public Services Librarian, Special Collections, Bailey-Howe Library, University of Vermont, will make a 30 minute presentation at the meeting with discussion to follow.  Ms. Doherty will also bring several examples of other Vermont town histories for us to review in addition to my collection.

The Committee welcomes anyone interested in this Town History project to come to this interesting meeting.

It is time to write the next edition of the History of Jericho. The last edition covered the years 1913 to 1963. Would you be interested in serving on the committee for this lofty endeavor?
